I hope you will bare with me on this because I'm new to the "Internet". It's all like some foreign country to me . I've been locked up now for 18 years and four months so hang in there with me .
I with the help of many supportive people have been fighting an up hill battle against the justice system to prove my "Our" actual innocence ! Like I stated in a letter written for the supporters on my face book page . 90-95% of the public believe in the justice system but I'm hear to tell you they, the people of power "Justice system " get it wrong all the time ! This case " Frame up " was more about closing a major case than to follow the truth . People ask ( Why would the system cover up the truth , wouldn't it be easier to convict the guilty ) That's question I will never be able to answer because all I know is that we are actually and factually Innocent ! answer a question for me ? Why would the prosecution offer us 5 years to plea guilty ? Why would 5 innocent people facing life with out parole, not take the 5 year deal ? What would you do knowing your innocent facing a life sentence ? Would you fight to show the public your innocent or plea to killing 6 firefighting heor's ?? We chose to fight for the right thing and prove our innocence. You all out there in the free world need to know that 5 innocent people were framed by the justice system and the guilty parties are still out living among you all. What the hell should i do , after all these years locked up for someone elses crime ?? What should I do lay down and give up or fight for the truth ??
If you all take a look at the massively available facts on our sites, and news articles all over the internet, you will see for yourselves things just don't add up . Plus the many people coming forward willing to tell the truth about testifying for the government because of pressure , threats , bribery or for the $50,000reward . I would bet if we put up a $10,000 reward for new information about those Guards " The Riggs's" we would have people coming out of the wood work as well to get that money just like the government did all those years ago !
I'm so tired of doing someone elses time , I have lost family and many friends and soon my parents . Hell my father in the next year or so may not even know who I am any more .
I just wanted to touch base with you all and to thank you for taken an interest ! I look forward to hearing your thoughts, so please feel free to comment ideas and or questions . Nothing to hide!

Well I dont know what to say to that except, God bless you , babe. You already know Im gonna keep fighting till you ,and the others, are free! How could I not? This kind of injustice goes on way more than the people realize. But there are strength in numbers and I hope to eventually have the strength to make our government listen.

And if my mom is fighting for you then you better believe she wont stop till she wins!!! I love this woman. and I hope people will help her support these innocent ones.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good fight Bryan, I watched your beautiful daughter get married without you and I will watch my other niece Kay get married in April again, without her dad. It's my prayers for you that freedom is in your near future so you don't miss anymore life. Looking forward to the day to hugging you in person.
ReplyDeleteI hope people download and read the trial transcripts. As you do, take note of how none of the witnesses actually agree on anything. It's quite impossible for these witnesses to all be right and if you are comparing testimony between all of them you'll find that it's very likely that none of them are right. Which, of course, means that in a case where no physical evidence exists and only witness testimony can be used, that the whole case is suspect. It's a terrible thing that 5 were found guilty, let alone prosecuted, when it's obvious that there is nothing to their case. I hope to see Bryan smiling on TV someday as he is released. It would be the right thing to do.
ReplyDeleteHello Bryan I lived just about a 1/4 a mile to the south of the explosions, So you know I'm not just pulling your leg I have been trying to free you since around 1992? you see I was told by DT he was 100% sure I picked out RB but it was your uncle with him SS the morning of the explosion in your uncle's white pickup but he didn't want to hear it. after your trail I got hold of RB lawyer told him every thing. he was the one that told me your uncle had a white pickup old style. that I say along with my mother (who's gone now and a brother) but I talked to RB.Your Uncle was driving. DT wanted to tant that part. and make RB driving his black pickup with you as passenger I wouldn't agree. then he told me DW turned on you and RB and he wanted me to back her,I wouldn't . two weeks later she said she lied because DT lied to her. I heard it on the news, I tried calling the Prosecutor but I was hooked up with DT again where I told him if I would of backed DW I would of got in trouble or would of had to keep saying I saw you in RB black truck. I thought it was going to be settled in what about 2010 when the paper got involved but went out the window.
